As an Administrator, you can manually disable reviewers, or you can automatically disable reviewers after a certain period of inactivity. This article will review both options.
To set up reviewer expiration, select Settings from the Main Menu on the left. On the Settings page, you'll find the Viewer Expiration section.
Here, you can set reviewers to expire after 60 days, 90 days, 120 days, or 1 year of inactivity. If a reviewer does not log in within the specified expiration window, the reviewer will be deactivated and lose access to your network's content.
On the Reviewers page, you can filter reviewers by "Active" and "Disabled" in the Reviewer Status section.
To manually disable or reactivate a reviewer, hover over the reviewer's row, and click the Edit button.
Next, change the reviewer's status using the Status menu. Be sure to click Save Changes when you're done.
Once a reviewer is reactivated, the reviewer will regain access to the titles they were previously assigned.
