When your job is to get your network’s content in front of reviewers’ eyeballs, chances are you’re sending show content to multiple audiences at a time. You might be struggling to get specific episodes to the right press audiences or want to give VIP access to specific viewers. We listened to you — our customers — and heard the need for setting episode-level permissions.
That’s why we’re excited to announce our newest feature: Screeners Links.
Available to all Administrators and Publicists on your network, Links are an easy and powerful way to share pre-release content and gather more insight into how your viewers are engaging. The best part? The viewer experience doesn’t change. When they log into Screeners.com, they’ll see the episodes they have access to, just like before.
When you create a Screeners Link, you control exactly who can access which episodes in a show. It takes just a minute to set up, and you’ll have one dashboard to manage all the Links sent from your network.
So, how do you create a Link?
Choose your who, what, and when
Creating a Link is simple. All you need to decide are three things: which episodes to share, who you’re sharing with, and for how long. Choose any number of episodes to share from a show and select which users you want to share with. You can add a group of users via your User Tags or start typing names, and we’ll help you auto-complete them with your network’s user list.
Grant VIP access with custom date settings
Want to grant early access to select press reviewers or full-access forever to a VIP after the show has ended? You’re in luck. The date settings on Links override the date settings on a show itself. In other words, a live Link can grant viewers access to episodes even if the show is set to not be shared.
An Admin’s best friend
Manage all your Links in one place. On the left-hand menu you’ll see a handy new tab, just for Links.
Here you’ll find the full list of Links that have been sent on your network. Need to see which ones are live? Filter by your live, expired, and scheduled Links. Want to see which episodes of your prime-time show were shared with your big-name critics? Use the Choose a Show dropdown to drill down by show or episode.
The red button — when you need it
Made a blip? Whether you mistakenly shared the content with the wrong person or set the wrong dates, we’ve got you covered. On the Links page, you can expire the Link instantly, or revoke a user’s access to it.
And that’s how easy it is to share specific episodes using Screeners Links. If you have any questions, you can always contact our friendly support team using the in-app chat or via email at email@example.com.
