What are the exact steps to logging in and enabling MFA?
The typical login method for Screeners.com is our password-less Magic Link system, in which you enter your email address and are sent a link which will log you in.
If you have MFA enabled, after this step you will be prompted to enter your verification code before gaining access to the system.
If you do not have MFA enabled, after enabling it the system will log you out and you will repeat the Magic Link and verification code process for a successful login.

Why was I logged out after enabling MFA?
This is a security mandate, however, you will not be forcibly logged out each time you use MFA to log in. This forced logout only occurs when enabling MFA for your account and pairing your device to our system.
I am logged out of the application before I can enter the MFA code.
For security purposes, there is a two-minute window for press reviewers to enter their authentication application’s verification code after opening their Magic Link. After these two minutes, users must request a new Magic Link and begin the login process again.
My verification code isn’t working.
Please make sure you are on the most updated version of your browser and that your authentication application is displaying information for the correct account. If you continue to find yourself unable to log in via the MFA process, please contact Screeners.com support.
I lost my phone/got a new phone and don’t have access to my authentication app.
