Screeners.com now has an Analytics tab, making it easier for you as an administrator to see an overview of all your viewers’ activity. Here, you can see key statistics about your audience and their engagement with your videos, including percentage of episodes watched and completed, as well as episodes per viewer.
On the Analytics page, you can filter your data by date range and by show. To filter by date, select your start and end date.
To filter by show, click the “Choose a Show “ tab and select the show.
Total Audience measures the total number of viewers who have access to your shows.
Engagement indicates the percentage of viewers who have started watching at least one episode
Completion rate shows the percentage of viewers who have completed watching available episodes.
Episodes Per Viewer indicates the average number of episodes a viewer has watched.
You can also see the locations of recent viewer activity in the Geo Map. Zoom in and out and move around in the map viewer to see precise locations of your viewers.
To export all of your analytics for internal record-keeping, click the “Download Analytics” button. This will export your analytics as a zip file containing four .csv files (Analytic Statistics, Overall Location Information, Viewer Data, and Viewer Activity) for your selected dates and show(s).
Viewing Historical Data
On December 13, 2018, we updated the Analytics dashboard to display simpler and more accurate usage data. Use this toggle to view any data captured before this date.
In the default view, the switch is toggled to “NO”, and you will see the furthest progress activity of a user in a 24 hour window. For example, if a viewer watches 75% of an episode, and then watches it again to only 25%, the analytics will show 75% progress.
When the switch is toggled to “YES”, the page will display historical data prior to December 13, 2018. We encourage you to export any historical data you need for record-keeping.
