How do I get access to Screeners.com?
To watch a screener on Screeners.com, a network or studio must give you access to their content. Access to screeners is managed exclusively by the networks and studios that use Screeners.com as their secure viewing platform. Our support team does not have the ability to grant access to screeners.
Once you’ve been granted access to a screener, you can visit https://app.screeners.com to log in. You can learn more about our secure login process here.
Access Screeners.com via Email Notification
Your contact at a network or studio may choose to send you an email notification when they give you access to a movie, show, or select episodes of a show. Look for an email from noreply@screeners.com. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.
This email contains a Watch Now button that will take you to the login page.
Click the Watch Now button.
On the login page, you’ll enter your email address and receive a login link in your inbox. To learn more about the login process, please see Logging in to Screeners.com as a Reviewer. Once you log in, you will be able to watch the screener.
If you received email notifications from multiple networks, you only need to log in once to watch content from all the networks. The only exception is if you received notifications at different email addresses; in this case, you would need to log in separately under each email address, or ask the networks to only use a specific email address.
Access Screeners.com via a Direct URL
Your contact at a network or studio may send you a direct link to an individual screener. If you aren’t logged in, you will be directed to the Screeners.com login page:
Here, you’ll enter your email address and receive a login link in your inbox. Once you log in, you will be able to watch the screener that was sent to you. For a guide to our secure login process, please see Logging in to Screeners.com as a Reviewer.
If you’re having trouble logging in, please confirm with your network or studio contact that you were added to their system as a reviewer and assigned to that particular movie or show. The screener URL will not work until those steps are completed.
I did not receive an email or Screeners.com link
If you did not receive a Screeners.com email notification or a link to a specific screener, you can still visit https://app.screeners.com to access your account. Just enter your email address, and check your inbox for an email containing a login link. Once you log in, you are able to watch all the content to which you’ve been granted access. Keep in mind that you’ll only receive an email with a login link if your contact at a studio or network has added you to their system as a reviewer. If you’re not receiving login emails from Screeners.com, please confirm with your contact that they added you to their system. The Screeners.com support team does not have the ability to grant access to a studio or network’s content.
I'm having issues logging in
If you’re seeing a login error message, such as “That magic link has expired,” please see Magic Link Error Messages.
If you’re not receiving any emails from Screeners.com, please see Why am I not receiving Screeners.com emails? Keep in mind that you’ll only receive an email with a login link if your contact at a studio or network has added you to their system as a reviewer. You may need to confirm that they have added you to their system. The Screeners.com support team does not have the ability to add you to a studio or network’s system.
I logged in, but there’s nothing to watch
This might happen for different reasons:
- Your contact at a studio or network has added you to their system as a reviewer, but they haven’t assigned any titles to you yet.
- No screeners are currently available to watch. A screener may have been available earlier, but the availability window has ended. For access to a specific title, please reach out to your studio or network contact, since they are the ones who grant access and set availability windows.
- Do you use more than one email address? The account you’re logged in to might not be the account that was granted access to a screener.
