If you were given a direct URL to an episode and receive an error message it is due to the following:
- You were not granted access to the show. Please get in touch with your point of contact for the network associated with the Screening Room and have them add you to the show. Support cannot grant access to a show.
- The episode is not live or is no longer available for viewing.
- If you use multiple emails to access screeners, you could be logged in with the wrong email that does not have access to this particular episode. Make sure you are going through the Magic Link flow with the correct email that has been granted access to the episode.
