Best Practices to Make Sure Notifications Are Sent to Reviewers

Depending on how you choose to create Titles in Screeners, here are some best practices to make sure Reviewers are notified once the Title is available for viewing. 

 

Adding Title & Screeners with all notifications On

In this scenario, once you make the Screeners live, users will receive a new Title notification and new Screener notifications once subsequent new Screeners are added. 

1. Add Title

  1. Fill out theTitle creation form.
  2. Set start date to today's date/end date (optional)
  3. New Screener Notification: ON
  4. Click 'Add Title'.

Once the new Title is created, you have the option to either upload screeners or add users to the Title.

2. Upload Screeners

  1. Fill out the Screener form.
  2. Save Screener, **saving the Screener will not make the Title live**
  3. Wait for processing to complete.

3. Add Users to Title

  1. Select user(s) from the user list.
  2. Click 'Assign' or 'Edit'.
  3. Select the Title created.
  4. You will get a prompt to notify the user, click 'Notify'.

4. Activate Title

  1. Go back to the Title you would like to activate.
  2. Click the circle in the lower right of an Screener to make it live.

Adding Users First and Notifications turned On

If you make the Screeners viewable, in this scenario, users will be notified that they have been added to the Title and will also be notified of the new Screeners they have access to view.

1. Add Title

  1. Fill out the Title creation form.
  2. Set start date to today's date/end date (optional).
  3. New Screener Notification: ON
  4. Click 'Add Title'.

Once the new Title is created, you have the option to either upload Screeners or add users to the Title.

2. Add Users to Title

  1. Select user(s) from the user list.
  2. Click 'Assign' or 'Edit'.
  3. Select the Title created. 
  4. You will get a prompt to notify user, click 'Notify'.

3. Upload Screeners

  1. Fill out the Screener form.
  2. Save Screener, **saving the Screener will not make the Title live**
  3. Wait for processing to complete.

4. Activate Title

  1. Go back to the Title you would like to activate.
  2. Click the circle in the lower right of an Screener to make it live.
